Our goal during each worship service is to experience the presence of God corporately as we bring Him praise. We prayerfully select songs from a variety of sources which portray biblical truth, endeavoring to follow a theme in the service. We enjoy a variety of worship leaders and teams, which are made up of people who are devoted to God and humbly serve Him. Different instruments are used including grand piano, keyboard, guitar, bass, electric guitar, violin, drums and djembe. Our audio/visual team also enhances our worship experience.
It is our prayer that each person who enters our worship service would be blessed by declarations (spoken and sung) of what God has done for us and who He is, and be challenged to know God better and to serve Him wholeheartedly.
"Worship is the submission of all our nature to God. It is the quickening of conscience by His holiness; the nourishment of mind with His truth; the purifying of imagination by His beauty; the opening of the heart to His love; the surrender of will to His purpose – and all of this gathered up in adoration, the most selfless emotion of which our nature is capable and therefore the chief remedy for that self-centeredness which is our original sin and the source of all actual sin. To worship is to quicken the conscience by the holiness of God, to feed the mind with the truth of God, to purge the imagination by the beauty of God, to open the heart to the love of God, to devote the will to the purpose of God."
